Jeff Franklin has been recruiting clinicians and other providers for USACS since 2015. Jeff joined the company with 10 years of health care recruiting experience from the U.S. Army, in which he served for 24 years. During that time he was inducted into the prestigious Glen E. Morrell Association of Army Recruiting Excellence and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal three times.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University and a MBA from Texas A&M-Central Texas. He lives near Austin, Texas, but hails from Oklahoma and is proud that his two children graduated from the University of Oklahoma. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys fishing, working out, RV camping and helping his wife raise chickens.
