Rubeal Mann, MD, FACEP, has been a member of the National Clinical Governance Board since 2017 and is a board certified emergency physician at Marshall Medical Center in Placerville, CA, where he also serves at the Medical Director of the Emergency Department. Additionally, Dr. Mann is a member the USACS Foundation Board. Prior to his current role, he served as the Integrated Acute Care Medical Director for three hospitals in Springfield, OH.
Dr. Mann earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and attended medical school at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, OH, where he served as a chief resident.
