Throughout her career Anne has focused on building and transforming recruiting functions, bringing together people, technology, data, and process to help teams identify, engage, and attract top talent. She is particularly passionate about developing innovative sourcing strategies, solving complex recruiting challenges, modernizing how organizations connect with candidates, and turning strategy into practical solutions that make a measurable difference.
Based in Cincinnati, Anne is an advocate for public education and serves in a leadership role supporting her daughter’s Montessori school.
