As the VP of Recruiting Operations, Anne is focused on the “back of the house,” ensuring all critical workflows, systems, and recruiting policies and frameworks support a sustainable and scalable organization.
Anne has more than 20 years of experience across operations and process improvement, talent acquisition (TA), and HR. Anne has led TA and HR functions as well as global teams, primarily within the technology and healthcare industries. Having diverse industry and career experience has given her significant exposure to a broad set of challenges and a unique set of skills.
Anne attended Miami University where she studied organizational behavior and international business. She is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where outside of work you can find her playing with her daughter and/or three crazy cats and rooting for the Bengals during football season.
