  • Average Daily Encounters: 15-20
  • Staffing Model:
    • 12 hours of in-person physician coverage
    • 12 hours of night APP coverage with 12 hours of telemedicine physician support 
  • 1 physician in-house, 1 physician telemedicine/1 APP provider hospitalist team
  • APP will act as a dedicated night provider
