  • Schedule/hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
  • 12- or 24-hour shifts available
  • Medical Setting: Inpatient
  • Volume: 1-2 deliveries per day, 5 inpatients per day
  • Procedures: Deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, Ectopic pregnancies
  • Support Staff: Back up OB Hospitalist on call, same floor 8-bed intermediate level II NICU
  • EMR: Cerner

About USACS

As a OB Hospitalist Medical Director with USACS, you’ll be responsible for managing OB hospitalist medicine services by collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff.  As a leader for both the hospital and US Acute Care Solutions, you will influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders.

Details

  • Oversee OB hospitalist service operations
  • Supervise OB HM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
  • Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital

Salary

  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $128/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay of $165/hour. This Director role includes a $42,000 stipend
