100% Paid Parental Leave
Birth mothers receive up to eight weeks of paid time off at 100% of their pay, plus an additional four weeks at 50%. All partners and spouses receive paid time off as well.
Paid Military Leave
Deployments longer than one month are considered paid leaves of absence. We pay your employee benefit deductions and make up the difference in your military pay, so you receive your previous 12-month average compensation.
$2,500 Tax-Free CME/BEA Annually
